Flair catering limited was established in 1968 as one of the first privately owned catering companies with a training school. Flair was incorporated as a private limited liability company in 1972. The Flair vision continues to be focused primarily on the provision of excellent, elegant and high quality catering services, as well as on facilitating and ensuring that catering in Ghana continues to flourish through our role in the training arena.
History
Over the last 49 years in business, Flair can boast of being the only private catering establishment that has catered for every Head of State of Ghana since 1968, most diplomatic missions, governmental and private institutions, the business community and many foreign dignitaries that have visited Ghana.

Barbara Baëta is the pioneer behind Flair and has invaluable expertise in the catering industry having worked for almost 60 years in Ghana, the UK and Canada. From her modest beginnings as a Catering Officer at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital early on in her career to being honoured with the highest national honour for her remarkable contributions to both the catering and hotel industries in Ghana - the Order of the Volta by the late President John Evans Atta Mills, Barbara Baëta has certainly left an indelible mark and is an undeniable part of the Ghanaian story in this regard.
