Flair’s forte is catering par excellence of both continental and Ghanaian cuisine with the novel introduction of “on-the-job” training for students who participate in the diverse catering functions. In 1972 the Flair school originated because of the Executive Chairman’s Christian belief in sharing knowledge, empowering and equipping the youth with practical skills for the hospitality and catering industry.
