Flair was founded by its current Executive Chairman, Ms. Barbara Baeta, who is a fellow of the Institute of Hospitality Management, UK, with over 50 years of expertise in both the hospitality industry and catering. Her work experience includes:

In 1964, the Executive Chairman was awarded a Canadian Government Technical Aid Scholarship to study large-scale food management and interior decorating in Canada.
A few years later she was appointed an official hostess for the Ghana delegation to Expo ’67 in Canada and was given the Herculean task and responsibility for organizing a Ghana day at the fair. She had to single handedly cook a Ghanaian dinner for 500 guests and put together a fashion show.
Ms. Baeta is a member of Zonta Club of Accra. Zonta is a worldwide service organization of executives in business and the professions working together to advance the status of women. She was the first Regional Representative of Zonta International and has served on many international and district committees. She held the position of Past President of Zonta Club of Accra.
Ms. Baeta initiated and was one of the founding members of the “Caring Sister’s of the Anlo traditional area a voluntary organization that supports young women in vocational training in Tegbi in the Volta Region.
In 2011, the late President John Evans Atta Mills conferred on Barbara the Order of the Volta award for her dedication and service to the catering industry in Ghana. She is a queen mother and her stool name is “Mama Hogbe”.
Ms. Baeta intends to build a hotel school so she can continue to nurture young ones, her true passion, in her quest to raise Ghanaian hospitality standards
Ms. Dorho joined Flair Catering Services in 2001 initially as Assistant Office Manager and was recently designated as Office Manager in January 2013.
